The bottom line is that I want you to be comfortable and confident when purchasing my work and I want you to enjoy it completely. This desire has led me to develop the following policies.

1. 30-Day Full Refund Return - If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it to me within 30 days of the purchase date and I will give you a full refund or exchange it for a different artistic selection.

2. Lifetime Fade Protection - My printing, mounting, matting, and framing techniques are 100% archival. I guarantee my work against fading if it is properly handled and displayed. If your artwork fades and is not a result of sun exposure, return it to me with the original mat and I will replace it at no charge. Sunlight will always fade artwork on any medium, so it is very important that you display the piece in an appropriate area that does not receive direct sunlight. You must also never touch the print directly with your skin.

3. Lifetime Discoloration Protection - I guarantee my work against discoloration if it is properly handled and displayed. If your artwork shows discoloration and is not a result of sun exposure or mishandling the print, return it to me and I will replace it at no charge. Sunlight will always fade artwork on any medium, so it is very important that you display the piece in an appropriate area that does not receive direct sunlight. You must also never touch the print directly with your skin.

4. Shipping Damage Replacement - If your purchase is damaged during shipping, contact me for return instructions and I will repair or replace the damaged piece at no charge to you.

5. Frame Damage - If you purchase a framed print and it is damaged by the frame, contact me for return instructions and I will repair or replace it at no charge to you. Please note that this only covers prints that were originally framed by me.

6. Limited Damage Replacement - If your artwork is damaged in any way and under any circumstances, contact me for return instructions and I will repair or replace it at cost. This is a significant savings over buying a new piece of art. If it is part of a signed numbered edition, I will replace it with the same number and destroy the old damaged print.

7. One-Year Free Up-size - If you decide that you would like your fine art photograph in a larger size, return it to me within one year of purchase and I will upgrade you to the larger size you desire. You only pay the difference in price.
